Sans is a self-led, meditation-informed program for people who want to change their relationship with alcohol. Some people are happy going it alone, some realise they would benefit from personalised guidance, accountability, and deeper inquiry as they progress through the 30-day.

This option may be for you if you:

  • Want accountability and regular check-ins

  • Are navigating emotionally complex patterns

  • Have tried to change habits before and felt stuck

  • Want help integrating insights into real-life situations

  • Value being witnessed and supported during change

These 1:1 sessions with Claire provide structure, safety, and personal guidance while still honouring the program's self-led nature and are focused on:

  • Emotional honesty and self-compassion

  • Values, boundaries, and sustainable change
