Shed conditioning. Trust yourself. Create a life that fits.

THE RISING {WINTER COHORT} STARTS AUGUST, 2026

The Rising is grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and lasting behaviour change techniques. It’s designed to support you in slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and being supported alongside other women walking a similar path.

We draw on timeless frameworks such as the Yamas and Niyamas, Ayurveda, meditation, Vedic neti-neti, Maureen Murdock’s Heroine’s Journey and Carl Jung’s understanding of midlife to help illuminate the universal patterns, transitions and inner tasks that so many women move through - offering a map that helps you make sense of your experience, trust the process, and find your way forward with greater awareness and self-compassion.

Together we explore identity, conditioning, relationships, self-worth, embodiment, purpose and what it means to rise into deeper self-leadership as women.

This is for women who are:

  • ready to slow down and become more intentional within your life

  • wanting to get consistent with healthy, new habits

  • capable, thoughtful and self-aware, yet still find yourself repeating patterns or doubting yourself

  • asking questions about this next stage of life, how they want to live, what they want to create

“I don’t sit outside these groups or programs as an observer or expert untouched by the process. I do the work alongside those who join me.” - Claire

Early Bird registration ends June 7.

About Claire

I'm the founder of the School of Modern Meditation and creator of Awareness Insight Meditation (AIM), a contemporary meditation approach that blends ancient wisdom with modern psychology and neuroscience.

Meditation changed my life. What began as a personal practice became the anchor that helped me navigate addiction, self-doubt, perfectionism, anxiety and the many twists and turns of being human. More than a decade into a daily practice, it remains the foundation of how I live, work and relate to myself.

My work has taken me deep into meditation, Buddhist philosophy, yogic teachings and contemplative traditions, alongside trauma-informed training with teachers including Gabor Maté and Bessel van der Kolk. I'm equally inspired by creativity, storytelling, personal transformation and works such as The Artist's Way.

Over the years, I've created meditation and yoga teacher trainings, The Alcohol Reset Pathway, and now The Rising - programmes born from both professional experience and my own ongoing journey of growth.

The life I have today didn't come from confidence or certainty. It came from learning to move through self-consciousness, fear and paralysing self-doubt, and continuing anyway. It came from learning to trust myself, listen to my dreams and take small courageous steps towards them.

Nothing brings me more alive than supporting women to do the same. Not because I've figured it all out, but because I'm still doing the work too. The Rising is an extension of that commitment: a space where we explore, question, heal, create and become more fully ourselves together.
