Gentle Inquiry

These sessions are for those who have a meditation practice and would like to go a little deeper. Or perhaps you feel a little stuck or lost in your practice.

The vastness of meditation and your commitment can feel a little daunting at times—along the way we can get stuck or a little lost. Or perhaps in times of intense duress, emotional intensity or stress it becomes harder to meditate or our practice becomes overwhelming.

You will leave the session with:

  • A deeper understanding of your practice

  • Tools to help you in times of duress

In these sessions we will explore what is happening for you you. We’ll gently work through any blocks that you feel are presenting themselves and refresh the process for you. Most of all with a little guidance, we can perhaps find a deeper inner awareness.
